At Keys Protech, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the digital nature of our products (license keys), our return and refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee or free replacement from the date of purchase, but only in the following cases:

  • If the license key you received is invalid or not working.
  • If we are unable to resolve a technical issue that prevents you from activating the key after you have contacted our technical support team.

After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for the product.

2. Return and Refund Exceptions

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for keys that have been successfully activated.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted if you purchased the wrong product, unless you contact us within 7 days of purchase and the key has not been activated. In this case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  • Any product issue must be reported within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. The Refund Process

  • Responding to Your Request: Once you submit a return or refund request, we will respond to you within 2 business days to verify the issue and offer assistance.
  • Product Verification: We may require screenshots or additional information to verify that the key is invalid.
  • Processing the Refund: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method. The refund process may take between 2 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

  3. A description of the issue you are facing.
